Your blog presentation of Professional Dreams and Goals is very impressive as well as informative. Your comment regarding diversity in the field of early childhood, building trust and creating positive relations is on point and is truly the hallmark of professionalism. All too often educators fall short in this area because many fail to go the extra mile, they are mainly concern with the business of educating the students without regards for the families.
Great Post.
